Aviles Construction's mission is to ensure that homes have the highest indoor air quality. We use blower doors to determine how much air is moving through your home. Although we want to make your house as efficient as possible, if the house does not have enough air movement many issues can occur. Aviles Construction uses the Ohio Home Weatherization standards to insure your house is efficient and healthy. Air balancing and other procedures we use ensure that all rooms have the same pressures and temperatures and the house has enough fresh air that it does not feel stale. All this while ensuring that your home will be much more comfortable, quieter, and as efficient as possible.
